Our company collaborated with a major forging enterprise in Jiangsu Province to jointly develop cemented carbide sizing dies for bevel gears and establish a supporting mass production line.The service life of these dies exceeds 100,000 shots, with performance comparable to original imported Japanese dies.

The successful commercialization of this development signifies that we have mastered the full-process manufacturing technology for cemented carbide bevel gear dies.
