This page introduces our four core manufacturing processes: Stellite overlay welding, heat treatment, gas nitriding and mirror polishing. We employ more than ten seasoned welding technicians. Stellite overlay welding effectively improves product hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Heat treatment and gas nitriding are all processed in-house, underpinning our full-process integrated production. Another team of over ten experienced polishers delivers ultra-precision mirror polishing down to Rz0.2, satisfying strict tolerance requirements for precision cold forging dies.
